  • The discharged effluent produced using the Clereflo MBR plant is of a quality that allows the effluent to be re-used in a variety of applications. The quality produced is less than:
    • 5mg/l BOD
    • 5mg/l SS
    • 5mg/l NH3
  • There is also a 4 log reduction in viruses and a 6 log reduction in bacteria
  • This effluent complies with the World Health Organisation (WHO) qualification criteria  for Unlimited Irrigation
  • The Clereflo MBR also meets and exceeds some of the most stringent discharge standards in the world - therefore treated effluent can be reused for irrigation of:
