Statement on behalf of Electrical & Pump Services Ltd "EPS" and Conder Environmental Plc in respect of Conder Environmental Solutions Ltd "CES"

EPS are pleased to announce that they have reached agreement to purchase the business activities of CES from Conder Environmental Plc.

EPS Pumping & Treatment is a privately owned Company with headquarters in Mallow, Co Cork, Ireland, employing approximately 300 people. The Company was established in 1972 and is now the largest Irish owned Company involved in the Design, Manufacture, Installation, Commissioning of Water and Wastewater Treatment & Pumping solutions together with long term Operation and Maintenance Contracts with their Clients in Ireland.

EPS has offices & facilities at Ballyhaunis (Co Mayo), Mountrath (Co Laois), Naas (Co Kildare), Cookstown & Enniskillen in Northern Ireland and Edinburgh in Scotland.

CES are a Leading Manufacturer and Distributor of Pollutant Containment & Recovery Systems, Liquid Separators, Packaged G.R.P. Treatment Systems, Storm Water Attenuation Tanks and Storage Systems.

The CES manufacturing and Distribution facility is at Peterlee, Durham, with Southern area Sales & Marketing office in Kingsley � Hampshire.

EPS will work alongside the Conder Environmental Plc and CES Management teams to ensure the transfer of business is as seamless as possible for customers and staff alike.

EPS look forward to the challenge of building the Conder Business and the Conder Brand to become a market leader in Environmental Solutions and appreciate the continual co-operation and support of the staff and customers of CES to meet this challenge.
