Requiring a solution for the treatment of sewage and also the storage of animal waste, Conder was able to offer a NSAF30 sewage treatment plant and an SE6 effluent tank.

After investigating alternative solutions, Conder's units were chosen. As the farm and surrounding land are of natural beauty, the decision was based partly on the fact that Conder units are totally below ground.
